Our Facilities

Axe Valley Veterinary practice is a fully approved Veterinary Hospital, with full surgical facilities, kennel blocks, laboratory, isolation and critical care facilities.

All our branches have facilities, allowing us to perform all routine and minor operations, such as speys, lump removals, dentistry and minor trauma repair. More complex cases, including orthopaedic operations, cases requiring hospitalisation, and X rays are referred to our Blackford hospital.

Our branches therefore offer you, as a client, the more personal nature of a smaller practice, coupled with top quality hospital facilities.

Our size as a practice allows us to purchase more modern technology, the cost being spread over many more cases than in smaller practices. At our disposal we have the very latest equipment and includes flexible endoscopes, X rays, ECG, anaesthetic monitoring equipment….
