This service can only be used by clients of Axe Valley Veterinary Practice and is for farm animals who are on ongoing medication. By entering your Axe Valley Farm Animal ID we will be able to process your request more efficiently. If you don't know it just email us or ask at reception where we will be happy to help.

To ensure your farm animals are receiving the best possible treatment it is our strict policy that they are examined by us at least once every six months.

As soon as we receive your request, we will email you to confirm collection from your designated surgery.
